ABOUT US

We're a forward-thinking, strategically-minded design and interactive studio, led by creatives that is based in Denver, CO. We value things like design, art, code, inclusivity, work-life balance, and good vibes. Our goal is to create innovative and unique work, which is why we are constantly seeking perspectives that challenge our status quo. Good work and extra effort doesn’t go unnoticed here.

We have a studio space located in the Golden Triangle neighborhood just blocks away from some of Denver’s best galleries and art museums. This space is at your disposal when you need it and you are welcome to work remotely when you don’t. We adhere to a hybrid work model that is a blend of virtual and in-person collaboration. Our team consists of people who are just starting out all the way to folks with 15 years of experience coming from places like Madwell, Legwork Studio, A Small Print Shop and Factory Design Labs.

We are an equal opportunity employer. This is backed up by our beliefs in the value of diversity and inclusion:

As creatives we shape the world around us by influencing the quality of experiences and interactions people have with products, services, and brands. To ensure the work we are doing on behalf of our clients is as intentional, equitable and inclusive as possible, it is paramount that our solutions are informed by diverse perspectives and lived experiences—that mirror the world we want to live in.

That’s why for us diversity is not a box to be checked or a corporate goal. It is essential for producing meaningful work that transforms communities—and ultimately our world—for the better.

In addition to offering competitive salaries, we want to be a happy and healthy team. We offer health, vision and dental insurance. We encourage time off and have a flexible vacation policy. We take all the normal holidays, occasional additional days and and all of the days from December 24th to January 1st (or so) off. Holidays over weekends are weird, right?

Salary range: $80,000+, depending on experience.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

Selected candidates will be contacted for an initial/informal screening. At the next stage, candidates will be invited to go through some examples of their work with the team. At the last step, the final candidate(s) will be notified and we will work together on the hiring process.
